Governor Jerry Singson led the start of the three-day ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Top Management and Support Group Consultation this 27 August 2024 facilitated by Pre-Size Consultants Mr. Ruffy Granada and Ms. Agnes De Mesa Magsombol.

The sessions will be covering the various critical areas, including Document Control, Internal Quality Audit, Customer Feedback, and Complaints Management as well as Handling of Non-Conformities and Corrective Actions, Procurement and Calibration.
