The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur delivered quality health services thru the ONE Ilocos Sur Health Caravan in celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the Ilocos Sur Hotline at the municipality of Cabugao this 24 August 2024.

Hundreds of patients availed the one-day health caravan, which offered free medical and dental consultation. Medicines, vitamins and assistive devices were also provided to the residents along with food packs. Toys were also distributed by the Deokid Foundation for the children.

Exciting prizes were given away to the winners of the raffle draw.

Governor Jerry Singson, SPM Art Oandasan, Cabugao Vice Mayor Edgardo Cobangbang, and Hawaii Former Congressman Jun Abinsay attended the caravan.
