The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur hosted the Regional Culminating Activity of the National Disability Rights Week this 22 August 2024 at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center. The event highlighted the importance of inclusivity and accessibility for Persons with Disabilities, served as a platform for raising awareness about the challenges faced by PWDs, and advocating for greater accessibility and equality.

It was attended by Governor Jerry Singson through Atty. Jannah Singson, Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda represented by Executive Assistant Genesis Forneas, AVRC Head Training Center Superintendent Virginia Sessay, and RAPWD President Eon Cris Mendoza.
