2,462 beneficiaries of the Presidential Assistance for Farmers, Fisherfolks, and Families (PAFFF) received P10,000.00 each this 20 August 2024, at the Governor Titong Singson Memorial Auditorium, Sta. Lucia.

This program, initiated by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., in collaboration with the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur provides financial aid to those affected by the economic challenges brought about by the El Niño phenomenon, aiming to alleviate the financial burdens of those in the agriculture and fishery sectors. This is the second batch of the distribution.
