A two-day seminar on Fundamentals of Cooperatives, Governance and Cooperative Management designed for the cooperative development officers and members is being conducted this 19-20 August 2024 at the Vigan Culture and Trade Center through the collaboration of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, Cooperative Development Authority, and the City Government of Vigan. This is designed to equip the participants to strive for excellence in their service and highlights the commitment of the provincial government in building a responsive and empowered province.

In his words, Governor Jerry Singson emphasized the role of cooperatives in driving economic and social growth thru offering valuable services to their members.
