The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur through the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office distributed tables, chairs, lunch boxes, space kettles, milk, and healthy snack packs to 837 Child Development Centers with 14,806 learners this 14 August 2024.

“Let us give them the best day care experience that they will cherish until the rest of their lives,” said Governor Jerry Singson during the program.

He added that he hopes to prioritize educational programs, as well as to provide the learners with structured and comfortable space for learning, fostering good posture, encouraging interaction, collaboration, and supporting the overall educational process.

Along with Governor Jerry were Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Efren Rafanan, Third Ranches, Mildred Elaydo, Gina Cordero-Pe Benito and San Ildefonso Mayor Christian Purisima.
