The Provincial Youth Development Office of Ilocos Sur was recognized for its exemplary leadership in its outstanding commitment to good youth governance and delivering commendable results with and for the youth during the 1st Positive Youth Development Awards last 12 August 2024 in Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan. The award was received by PYD Officer Omar Ibatuan and staff.
