The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur spearheaded the Provincial Celebration of the 46th National Disability Rights Week. The event was a landmark that highlighted the importance of inclusivity. Likewise, the program served as the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur’s commitment to advocate for the rights and well-being of persons with disabilities and champion the abilities of these exceptional members of the community.

During the program, a Certificate of Recognition to LGUs that achieved PDAO functionality were awarded, followed by a PhilHealth Kunsulta Lecture, and the PWD Got Talent that demonstrated the talent and skills of the community.

The celebration was attended by Governor Jerry Singson, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Mildred Elaydo, Third Ranches, and Art Oandasan.
