The Ilocos Sur’s symbolic 100 millionth baby Xyrus Jeic Talapian of Bantay received his annual cash gift from the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur handed over by Governor Jerry Singson and Provincial Population Officer Francis Dacanay.

The Provincial Population Office monitors the status of the child as a reiteration of the provincial government’s advocacy and PGIS continues to provide for the PhilHealth contribution of the family. Aside from the cheque, Xyrus Talapian also received school supplies and hygiene kits from the Department of Health.
