The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur under the leadership of Governor Jerry Singson together with SPM Third Ranches and PSWD Officer Kathleen Balbuena personally handed the cash incentives under the HOPE Ordinance to the three hundred sixty PWDs from the first district amounting to three thousand pesos (P3,000.00) each this 29 July 2024 at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.
