His Excellency, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. led the Distribution of the Presidential Assistance to Farmers, Fisherfolks, and Families (PAFF) to El Nino-affected individuals in the agri-fishery sector as well as the Distribution of Agrarian Debt Condonation Certificates to farmer-beneficiaries this 19 July 2024 at the Narciso Ramos Sports Complex Grandstand, Lingayen, Pangasinan.

Governor Jerry Singson along with Provincial Treasurer Ronette Victa, Provincial Agriculturist Erlinda Baltazar and Provincial Veterinarian Dr. Donna Rosario received the check amounting to P43.33 million for Ilocos Sur.
