In celebration of the 20th Anniversary of World Blood Donor Day, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur conducted a Blood Letting Activity this 4 July 2024.

This event is a powerful reminder of the solidarity and compassion that unites everyone in making a positive difference. It is also an avenue to recognize and express gratitude to the hundreds of voluntary blood donors in the province who have selflessly contributed in saving lives.

Governor Jerry Singson represented by SPM Art Oandasan, Provincial Health Officer Dr. Trina Talaga and Dr. La Paz Peredo attended the activity.
