Runners from the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, national government agencies, private sectors and individuals participated in the Run for Resilience Community Fun Run, the kick-off activity for this year’s National Disaster Resilience Month.

The fun run featured 3km and 7km main route. Each participant had their own garbage bag provided by the PDRRMO they used in keeping the trash they picked on the route of the event.

Acting Governor Efren Rafanan spearheaded the activity along with Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda and PDRRM Officer Rhon Arquelada.
