The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur turned over Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP) equipment from the Department of Health (DOH) specifically: conveyors, photo therapy, transfer stretchers, autoclaves, mechanical ventilators, bed with accessories and reagents refrigerators to the Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital – Gabriela Silang and the seven district hospitals of the province.

Governor Jerry Singson, SPM Efren Rafanan, Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda, Provincial Health Officer Dr. Trina Talaga, Dr. Lapaz Peredo led the turn-over ceremony and Msgr. Gary Formoso conducted the blessing of the health equipment.
