Governor Jerry Singson inspected the new Solar Powered Water Irrigation System located at Brgy. Bayubay Norte, San Vicente this 20 June 2024. Said project can irrigate three sitios.

San Vicente Mayor Jonan Tabanda, Vigan City Councilor Bobit Singson and Provincial Agriculturist Erlinda Baltazar accompanied the Governor during the inspection.
