Professional Regulation Commission Regional Director Atty. Arl Ruth B. Sacay-Sabelo met with Governor Jerry Singson in preparation for a Memorandum of Agreement between the PRC and the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur.

The MOA will mark their commitment for a transparent and secure partnership in bringing the frontline services of the Commission closer to the public thru Mobile Services.
