The Department of Labor and Employment assisted the Balbalayang Hog Raisers Association of Sugpon with a Meat Processing Livelihood Assistance thru the initiative of Governor Jerry Singson.

A TUPAD Payout was also conducted in the said municipality with 418 beneficiaries of the program.

Governor Jerry Singson along with Mayor Daniel Laño, DOLE Assistant Regional Director Honorina D. Baga, and OIC Provincial Director Charity Ubilas led the awarding and payout.
