The Department of Labor and Employment assisted the Balbalayang Hog Raisers Association of Sugpon with a Meat Processing Livelihood Assistance thru the initiative of Governor Jerry Singson. A TUPAD Payout was also conducted in the said municipality with 418 beneficiaries of the program.
