The Department of Social Welfare and Development conducted the Awarding of Seed Capital Fund to the Peace and Development Areas of Ilocos Sur under the Sustainable Livelihood Program last May 31 2024.

Beneficiaries were given livelihood assistance such as livestock, hog fattening, chicken layering, rice retailing, agricultural supply and general merchandise.

Governor Jerry Singson and SPM Third Ranches accompanied DSWD Undersecretary for Inclusive-Sustainable Peace and Special Concerns Alan Tanjusay during the awarding.
