Governor Jerry Singson attended the Flores de Mayo Opening Program (Ribbon Cutting and Exhibit Tour) at the Gallery 3 National Museum, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur this 26 May 2024.

Officer-in-charge National Museum Ilocos Frolaine Aprilyn Dannang and Vigan City Councilor Janina Fariñas also took part on the event.
