The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur vibrantly celebrated the National Heritage Month 2024 with a Painting and Short Story Making Contest graced by Governor Jerry Singson Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Ronnie Rapanut, Third Ranches, Art Oandasan and Victor Singson.

The event aimed to preserve cultural traditions, create a bridge between the past and present, ensuring that these irreplaceable traditions continue to flourish.
