Governor Jerry Singson represented by Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda together with SPM Ericson Singson and Provincial Health Officer Dr. Trina Talaga led the Provincial Health Board Meeting on 30 April 2024.

The board gave updates on the status of Universal Health Care to advance the health and well-being of the province. A detailed proposal of Wireless Access on Health (WAH) on the One Ilocos Sur Information Exchange System (OISIS) was also presented.
