The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur delivered quality health services through the One Ilocos Sur Health Caravan at the Municipality of Suyo coinciding with the birthday celebration of Mayor Mario Subagan on 1 May 2024. The caravan aimed to provide healthcare support and services to the residents to further promote the well-being of the community.

Free medical and dental consultation, minor surgery, free medicine, assistive devices, and food packs were provided to the residents of Suyo.

Deokid Foundation also joined the caravan and donated pairs of slippers and toys to the children.

Along with Governor Jerry Singson were Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Ericson Singson and Benjamin Maggay.
