Twenty-seven employees of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur joined the Integrated Planning Course on Incident Command System facilitated by the Office of Civil Defense RO1.

The Integrated Planning Course is the second leg of the ICS trainings establishing a well-equipped and knowledgeable Provincial Incident Management Team and further strengthening the capacity and preparedness of Ilocos Sur towards any form of emergencies.

Served as instructors were Mr. Edgardo Medrano, Mr. Nathaniel Arzadon, Ms.Laurice Aguinaldo, and PDRRM Officer Rhon Arquelada.

Future trainings to be conducted are the ICS All Position & All Hazard Courses and Training for Instructors being the last phase for the participants to qualify as Cadres.
