Governor Jerry Singson attended the first-ever Adtoyakon Ilocos Sur Youth Congress that catered to more than 200 young leaders and change-makers. This initiative sought to instill in the youth a sense of community and stimulate proactive involvement in local government.
“This congress strives to shape a network of young leaders who are dedicated to effecting change in their respective communities. By furnishing them with avenues for learning, involvement, and enrichment, we are arming them with the necessary tools to prosper and thrive in a dynamically evolving world.” The Governor during his speech at the youth congress.
