The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office led by Rhon Arquelada conducted Basic Life Support and Standard First Aid in Tagudin, Ilocos Sur.

In addition, said office also provided Emergency Medical Response Training to students of Ilocos Sur Community College.
