The Office of Civil Defense led by OCD Regional Director Gregory M. Cayetano delivered 39 generator sets for the two cities, 32 municipalities, and PDRRMO as donations to the province of Ilocos Sur to be utilized during quick response operations. Governor Jerry Singson personally received the equipment.
