Governor Jerry Singson met with President and COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Philippine Airlines Stanley Ng and the rest of PAL, DOTr, and CAAP officials to tackle the future plan for a possible Manila – Vigan flight. Along with the Governor were Sta. Catalina Mayor Edgar Rapanut and Bantay Vice Mayor Sammy Boy Parilla.
