As a testament to the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur’s continued commitment and reaffirmed efforts to mainstream Gender and Women Empowerment, an Idol Ko Si Juana talent competition was conducted to conclude the month-long activities in celebration of the Women’s Month 2024.

The activity was witnessed by Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Mildred Elaydo, Art Oandasan and Victor Singson representing Governor Jerry Singson.
