Governor Jerry Singson led the Distribution of Assorted Vegetable Seeds and Fertilizer thru DA RO1 under the High Value Crops Development Program for the Farmers affected by Super Typhoon Egay. A total of 5,114 farmers of Ilocos Sur were benefitted to the program.

Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Efren Rafanan, Christopher Baterina,Art Oandasan and Third Ranches accompanied the Governor during the distribution.
