Four former rebels received assistance from the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur as part of the steps to help them rebuild their lives.

Governor Jerry Singson and DILG Provincial Director Randy Dela Rosa assisted the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office in turning over the assistance.
