The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur through the Provincial Youth Development Office in collaboration with the Ten Accomplished Youth Organization Awards Foundation brought the Kwento_ _ Kabataan Caravan in the province which aims to capacitate members of various youth organizations with the basics of project management and impact story telling.

Tourists visited the St. Augustine Parish Church and Bell Tower, Ilocos Regional Museum Complex, Pagburnayan Jar Factory and the Vigan Heritage Village. Provincial Tourism Officer John Noel Andaya guided their tour.
