Governor Jerry Singson attended the Ilocos Sur PESO Association 1st Quarter Meeting last 26 February 2024 along with DOLE R01 Director Exequiel Guzman and Provincial Director Charity Ubilas. The meeting focused on the upcoming programs and enhancements of those during implementation.
