Twenty three wheelchairs were provided by Ms. Lar Valdez from Las Vegas, Nevada, USA and a native of Narvacan for the provincial hospital and seven district hospitals of Ilocos Sur.

“Ms. Valdez has been selflessly providing this vital mobility aids to those in need particularly those who are less fortunate and today we are the fortunate recipients of her good will that will greatly benefit our constituents. Miss Valdez, Dios unay ti agngina!”, the Governor as he thanked the sponsor.
