Visual artists of Ilocos Sur displayed their masterpieces embodied with feelings and aspirations during the Ilocos Sur Festival Art Competition at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center. This event boost the art scene in the province and provide a venue for visual artists. Artworks will be exhibited until 8 February.
