“Let the flame of our inner self commence to spark and crystalize up our lights to strategize in bringing peace and prosperity to our own organization.”, a part of the message of Ilocos Sur Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda, the new President of Philippine KOICA Fellows Association for CY 2024 – 2025 during the conduct of the oath-taking officiated by KOICA Country Director Kim Eunsub to formally induct the new set of Officers and Board of Trustees this 26 January 2024 at KOICA Philippine Office Taguig, Metro Manila.

The officers shall continue to promote change for societal benefit and well-being, to instill commitment for volunteerism and accept the duties and responsibilities entrusted to them by the organization.
