The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur thru Governor Jerry Singson along with Food and Drug Administration Director Dr. Samuel Zacate signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on Bigyang-Halaga, Bangon MSMEs (BBMSME) Program that aimed to provide technical assistance and training on product registration and regulatory compliance for micro, small and medium enterprises in the province.

Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda, Sannguniang Panlalawigan Members, national agency representatives, PGIS department heads, chief of hospitals and stakeholders witnessed this milestone.
