The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur through the Provincial Population Office conducted a two-day seminar dubbed as Parent-Teen Talk Training to equip adult and adolescent participants with communication & life skills that will nurture them with effective parent-teen communication on sexual and reproductive health.
