Governor Jerry Singson attended the Testimonial Dinner of the 2023 bar passers of the University of Northern Philippines College of Law held at Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.

Also present during the event were Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Ronnie Rapanut, Victor Singson and Atty. Jannah Singson.
