In line with the thrusts of Governor Jerry Singson to improve government services and create all-inclusive programs for Ilocos Sur, he led the distribution of Barangay Aid Program at Candon City Arena.

The provincial government provided P5,000.00 aid this year levelled up from the P1,000.00 financial support for the past 31 years.

Along with the Governor were Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Ericson Singson, Gina Cordero, Mildred Elaydo, Benjamin Maggay, Leopoldo Gironella, Constante Benzon, Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda and Atty. Jannah Singson.
