As part of the continuous effort of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur in promoting the rights and welfare of every child, more than 500 children of the province participated in the annual Provincial Children’s Month Celebration.

The activity aims to create awareness on children’s rights and the importance of providing them safe and nurturing environment for their physical, mental and emotional development.
