Governor Jerry Singson through Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda graced the Barangay and Balikbayan Night of the Municipality of Sta. Lucia as part of its town fiesta.

Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Ericson Singson, Ben Maggay, Gina Cordero, Mildred Elaydo and Leopoldo Gironella joined the Administrator.
