National Commission for Culture and the Arts Chairman Victorino Manalo had a meeting with Governor Jerry Singson thru Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda and Provincial Tourism Officer John Noel Andaya concerning the restoration of eight cultural heritage properties that were damaged by the magnitude 7.0 earthquake that hit the province last July 2022.
