The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur through Provincial Youth Development Office successfully conducted the 2nd Leg of Hear;Here Youth Mental Health Caravan in celebration of the Mental Health Month.

This caravan aims to provide advocacy and support group to the youth of Ilocos Sur to debunk stigma and misconception on mental health, creating a supportive environment for them to work, play, and excel in their own fields of expertise.

Governor Jerry Singson represented by SPM Ericson Singson took part in the event together with Atty. Jannah Singson that served as the Resource Speaker.
