In accordance with ISO 9001:2015, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur sustained its certification.

After the two-day re-certification audit conducted by the TÜV NORD Philippines, Inc., headed by Mr. Ivan Felix Herrera along with Mr. Romarico Santos and Mr. Niel Patrick Ordiales the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur successfully maintained its ISO Certification with no major and minor non-conformities.

This achievement underscores the unwavering commitment of PGIS to maintain and improve its Quality Management Systems to ultimately provide an excellent public service and exceed customer expectations with the culture of timeliness.
