Governor Jerry Singson expressed his support and commitment to the newly-elected officials of the Panlalawigang Pederasyon ng mga Sangguniang Kabataan ng Ilocos Sur during the Turn-Over of Mantle of Responsiblity to the new PPSK – Ilocos Sur President Victor Singson.

The Governor also showed his appreciation and commendation to the outgoing PPSK – Ilocos Sur President Janina Tabios for her steadfast dedication in implementing various programs, projects and activities that foster the growth and development of the younger generations in the province.
