The Ilocos Sur Coffee Festival 2023 concluded with a program recognizing the winners, participants, guests, exhibitors and sponsors of the five-day event.

Ten Coffee growers who bagged the Top Spots in the Philippine Best Quality Coffee Competition 2023-Robusta Level and other growers were highly recognized with cash incentives from the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur.

Latte Art Throwdown:

Champion: Crispin Sespeñe

2nd Place: Dyanne Ramos

3rd Place: Christian Joy Dolores

Green Beans Sorting Competition:

Champion: Luis Gannad

2nd Place: Leonila Solimen

3rd Place: Marites Bagawe
