Governor Jerry Singson’s aims to recognize and honor the province as the home of finest robusta coffee in the Philippines, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur in partnership with DTI and ISEED Marketing Cooperative launched the first-ever Ilocos Sur Coffee Festival.

Twenty coffee stalls are showcasing their products until 24 November at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.

Major activities programmed during the five-day festival are coffee facilities and farm visit, coffee education and conference, barista demonstration, coffee cropping, roasting and showcasing different coffee products.

Ilocos Sur Coffee Festival Job Fair was also conducted.
