Knights of Rizal Past Supreme Commander Governor Jerry Singson represented by Provincial Administrator and Past KGOR Supreme Auditor Marlon Tagorda served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the 7th Division Rizal Youth Leadership Institute this 18 November 2023 at the Mabilbila Integrated School, Santa, Ilocos Sur.

Joining the Administrator were Area Commander for Northwestern Luzon Region-Knights of Rizal Int’l Glenn Directo, KCR, Regional Commander for Northwestern Luzon Region Rogelio Magpali, KCR, Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Joel B. Lopez, Asst. Schools Division Superintendent Nestor Herana, Dr. Maribeth Magpali and DepEd Division and District officials.
