Governor Jerry Singson attended the Miss Caoayan 2023 Grand Coronation Night last 16 November 2023 held at IPQ Caoayan Gymnasium.

In his message, he emphasized the importance of celebrating and appreciating the unique qualities of a woman regardless of their size, shape, color, and physical abilities.

The Coronation Night celebrated as part of the Pardas Caoayan Festival was also attended by Committee Chairman on Tourism SPM Gina Cordero.
